Who we are

Roofer Plymouth is a roofing contractor operating as a service-area business across Plymouth and the surrounding districts, to. We do not operate from public premises. You can reach us on 01752 710093 or at info@plymouth-roofer.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you give us when you get in touch, and only what we need to quote for and carry out roofing work:

• Your name, and the phone number or email address you contact us on.
• The address of the property the work relates to.
• What you tell us about the roof, including any photographs you send.
• Records of the work we carried out, the materials used and the guarantee issued.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out the work, and honour the guarantee afterwards. Because our guarantee runs for 20 years, we keep job records for as long as that cover is live — if we did not, we could not stand behind the work.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to marketing companies. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked us to look at a leak. If a job requires a third party — a scaffolder, for example — we share only what that person needs to do their part.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Deletion may end our ability to honour a guarantee on past work, and we will tell you plainly if that is the case before acting. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details above.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
